All youth ages 11-18 and their parents and youth leaders are invited to participate in a fun-filled evening learning about seminary, institute, and other programs that are part of the Church Educational System.
CES Edventure Overview
Date: Thursday, April 16, 2026
Time: 7:00PM to 8:00PM
Location: Nampa North Stake Center
6111 Birch Lane
Nampa, Idaho, 83687
Dress: Casual
Younger Youth (11-13)
They will be placed into small teams in the cultural hall / gym. They will work together in an activity called ‘Seminary Quest: Find Your Seat in Seminary’.
In this activity, they will learn the great things our Heavenly Father has in store for them as they continue to learn and grow by studying the gospel of Jesus Christ and how attending seminary will help in that journey.
Older Youth (14-18)
They will be in the chapel competing as teams in our gameshow-style College Cup designed around the student life, academic programs, and spiritual and educational opportunities available at BYU and BYU-Idaho.
They will gain a better understanding of how these two institutions are uniquely positioned to help prepare them for their future careers while living and learning in a Christ-centered environment.
Parents and Leaders
They are encouraged to attend a Q&A Session held in one of the larger rooms adjacent to the chapel.
Parents and leaders will be able to ask questions related to BYU and BYU-Idaho as they seek to help their youth understand the opportunities and support available at these institutions.
